Petite in Size, Big in Service

While our mini mobile bars are petite little things, we still need to plan for their locations.

Dolly

Our three-wheeled Westcoaster mini mobile bar, Dolly, is 4 feet 2 inches wide, 9 feet long and 6 feet 3 inches tall. When opened fully, she extends to a little over 11 feet long and 7 feet tall.

Please consider these dimensions in your planning.

Dolly’s dimensions are especially important if you are tenting an area and would like her to join the party, under the tent, in the event of inclement weather.

Dolly is fully operational but is generally pulled or backed into place with a tow vehicle.

The Rickshaw

The Rickshaw, our mini mobile bar tricycle, is 4 feet wide, 7 feet long and X feet tall. The Rickshaw folds for easy maneuvering and set up.

Please consider these dimensions in your planning.

Set Up

We begin set up 1-2 hours before our scheduled start time.

For set up and departure, we require clear access.

We require flat ground for set up and service.

Want our mobile bars to ‘Come on in’? They will fit through most double doors that do not have a center mullion.

Tap It

Our draft system taps perfectly chilled beverages quickly and efficiently, eliminates tremendous waste and lowers your alcohol cost.

We can tap up to 4 separate beverages for your event!

HOW MANY SERVINGS ARE IN A SIXTEL (1/6) KEG?

Prosecco, Wine, Cocktails and Mocktails: each Sixtel Keg = 130 servings per keg (5oz pours)

Beer: each Sixtel Keg = 55 servings per keg (12oz pours)

Alcohol

Legally, payment for alcohol must remain separate from rental and services. State laws prevent us from providing the alcohol.

What does this mean?

This simply means you, the venue or your caterer will supply the alcohol.

After we craft the perfect menu for your celebration, our Tap+tenders will guide you in your alcohol selections and keg procurement. You can purchase through our preferred supplier partners, your venue or caterer.

When purchased through our preferred partners, our concierge service will coordinate pick-up and drop-off of kegs. We make it seamless for you!

Insurance

We are fully insured. We carry General Liability Insurance to cover each event we serve. We also carry Liquor Liability and Workman’s Compensation to protect you and your event.

Power Supply

We require a dedicated 110V power source for service.

When not available, a generator will be added to your package.

Service Area

We currently serve the state of Louisiana. Up to 30 miles of travel is included originating from Lafayette. We can accommodate further distances for an additional $2.00 per mile.

Glassware

Prefer to sip your bubbles in a flute, brews in a pilsner and cocktails in a coupe?

Allow us to assist with elevating your celebration. Our Concierge team can arrange for custom printed cups, upscale drinkware, stem and glassware and gorgeous crystal rentals from our preferred partners.
