Our AMazing Story

Michelle had a vision

and Allen built it!

It’s really that simple!

Allen is the A and Michelle is the M of Team AMazing!

By trade, Allen is an artist, fabricator and welder and Michelle always enjoys a celebration.

These two worlds collided when we found Dolly, our 1961 Westcoaster Mailster, in December 2020. We had so much fun envisioning, designing and building our mini mobile tap bar on three wheels together. It has been AMazing watching Dolly come to life. The joy she brings to every celebration is what we love best.

Then came The Rickshaw.

We can’t wait for what’s next…

How “Golden” is it?

“Golden” runs deep in our roots.

Our family owned and operated Golden China Restaurant beginning in the early 70s in Lafayette, La. We enjoyed 21 years of celebrating in a community of friends and family, offering a unique culinary experience and serving Acadiana.

When choosing a name, “Golden” just fit. Knowing we would carry on the values of quality ingredients and excellence in service, my dad, Robert “Bob” Mashburn gave us his blessing to carry forward the “Golden” name…and said my mother, Linda Lee Mashburn, would be proud knowing we will continue her legacy, in our own way.

We look forward to raising a glass with you.

Cheers!
