What is a Panache Picnic?

An elevated, luxurious Picnic experience. We bring the Picnic to you! Choose the date & location and we will assist you with providing everything else. All you have to do is show up! 

Where can Panache Picnics set up?

Anywhere! Our Picnics can be set up indoors or outdoors in private and public locations.

Private residence, backyard, deck/patio and parks. Public locations may require permitting.

We can set up at most public parks in Lafayette and will let you know of any that don’t allow pubic Picnicking.

All locations require feasible access and sufficient space for set up.

How long are Picnics?

Iconic Picnics are typically reserved for 2 hours. You are able to extend your Picnic experience for an additional $65 per hours

For outdoor picnics at parks, they must end by sunset so we have appropriate light when cleaning up.

Can I bring food and drink?

Of course! You are welcome to bring any food and drink you would like for your Picnic.

Grazing boards and desserts can be added to your Picnic experience for additional fees. We can also recommend caterers that are popular with our customers. Please contact us for more information.

We can provide non-alcoholic beverages and juices. We do not and cannot provide alcohol. Alcohol is prohibited at any public park in Lafayette. 

What is the pricing?

The price of each Panache Picnic is dependent upon guest count and any additional selections or requests. See our Picnic Packages

A 20% service fee will be applied to all picnics.

What is your weather policy?

In the case of inclement weather (rain or extreme wind), we will always try to accommodate last minute location changes to an indoor location (in cases of rain or wind), or you have the option to rebook within a 6 month period.

Because rain in Acadiana is highly unpredictable (we regularly see 100% chance of rain forecasted only to have sunny skies (and no rain) hours later.) If weather may affect your reservation, we will reach out with covered locations or rescheduling options. We check the weather regularly and if at the ‘48 hour mark’ and ‘24 hour mark’ there is more than a 30% chance of rain we will contact you to discuss your options. There is no cancellation charge for rescheduling your Picnic due to weather if there is over a 30% chance of rain.

Does Panache Picnics stay during your Picnic?

No, we leave after you're settled and return once your Picnic reservation ends.

On the day of your event, we arrive 30 minutes-2 hours prior to your event for set up, depending on set up requirements. You will receive a text 10-15 minutes prior to your Picnic time to confirm your Picnic is ready for your arrival.

Once you arrive, we leave the vicinity for your set package time, returning to clean up and gather our Picnic items. We require that you stay with your Picnic set up until Panache Picnics returns for clean up. Should you wish to leave early, you MUST contact us to make arrangements as you are responsible for all items until Panache Picnics returns for clean up.

What is our Cancellation Policy?

A: Once your Panache Picnic is confirmed, we do not offer refunds but we will reschedule your Picnic or issue a credit towards future Panache Picnic reservation with enough advance notice.

  • For parties of 2, 3 or 4 guests: No refunds. Full credit up to 72 hours in advance. 72 hours-12 hours, we charge a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations and no shows will not be issued a credit.

  • For parties of 5-10 guests: No refunds. Changes and cancellations made 2 weeks or more in advance will be issued a full credit; 13- days-7 days in advance, we charge a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days will not be issued a credit.

  • For parties of 11+ guests: No refunds. Changes and cancellations made 2 weeks or more in advance will be issued a 50% credit; cancellations or changes made within 14 days of the picnic will not be issued a credit.
